Custom Mixed Base Instructions
To use Customer Mixed Bases
  1. Enter the desired percentage of each base(Integers Only, Totalling 99% or 100%).
  2. Press 'Use Mix Base' button to add your custom mixed base.
Please note: There is an additional charge for hand mixing these custom bases.

  1. DNA = A, C, G, T and U, I
  2. Mixed Bases = Please enter bases in UPPERCASE
  3. Phosphorothioated DNA = A*, G*, C*, T*
  4. RNA = rA, rG, rC, rU
  5. Phosphorothioated RNA = rA*, rG*, rC*, rU*
  6. 2'O-Methyl RNA = mA, mG, mC, mU
  7. Phosphorothioated 2'O-Methyl RNA = mA*, mG*, mC*, mU*
