Custom DNA Synthesis in Plates

Orders with 24 oligos or more can be packaged into 96-well plates. 384-well plates are also available (with 96 oligos or more). Plates can be delivered lyophilized or at a pre-set volume in water or buffer. IDTE (1X TE solution) is available in pH 7.5 or pH 8.0.

IDT offers several plate loading options for no additional charge. Oligos can be normalized to the same concentration or volume across the plate, or full synthesis yield can be loaded into the plate. Mixed, normalized oligos can be loaded in the same well.

IDT will normalize oligos and ship the remainder of the synthesis yield in a separate plate for $48.00 USD/plate. Primer mix remainders can be shipped in two separate plates for $192.00 USD/plate. Duplicate 96-well plates are available for $20.00 USD/plate.
