| How do I place my order? | | You may place your order directly on our website by clicking here, via e-mail at Orders@idtdna.com or by fax at 319-626-8444. In addition to direct order placement, you may contact one of our international distributors. Please visit our International Distributors web page for a current listing of our distributors. |
| When will my order be shipped? | | All international orders are shipped when complete. There are many factors that can complicate the synthesis of an oligo, including modifications, purifications and quality assurance. Items requiring a longer turnaround time may delay the shipment of standard unmodified oligos. Please visit the Turnaround Time Chart to determine the anticipated turnaround time for your oligo. Shipping times vary according to the particular country you are ordering from. Partial shipments will be sent on request, although there may be an additional charge. |
| How much will I be charged for shipping? | | Shipping charge to Canada is $15 / order. All other countries are charged $35 / order. Shipments are made via express carrier. Dry ice and blue ice shipments are not available. |
