Specially formulated synthesis reagents are prepared in-house to insure the highest quality. The trityl outputs of every coupled base are monitered and recorded for every synthesizer. All oligos are quantitated twice by UV Spectrophotometry to certify the oligos meet IDT's yield guarantee. Mass Spectrometry is used to analyze every oligo synthesized. IDT has developed a custom, proprietary LC-MS Electrospray method to provide accurate mass assessment up to 200 bases. Capillary Electrophoresis is used to analyze all oligos purified by HPLC and PAGE up to 60 bases in length. We maintain full manufacturing process history records insuring materials traceability for each manufacturing lot. Other custom analytical services are available.
If any oligonucleotide does not meet our quality standards, we will re-synthesize it immediately and our customer service staff will send notification directly. We will ship the remainder of the order on time, while the re-synthesized oligo will be shipped with no additional shipping charges added to the invoice.
With our unique SameDay® service, unmodified oligos ordered online before 2:00p.m. ET will arrive the next business morning. Standard custom synthesized oligos are shipped less than 24 hours from receipt of order by overnight delivery. Oligos with HPLC or PAGE purification are routinely shipped within 3-5 working days. Rapid HPLCTM service, HOTplatesTM and Express DLPTM are also available.
