We are currently selecting customers who have >2 years of experience using next generation sequencing technologies, and have performed target capture using one or more of the leading capture technologies.

Current xGenTM EAP product(s):
xGenTM LockdownTM Probes
xGen™ Lockdown™ Probes enable researchers to perform in-solution hybridization, or target capture, of genomic regions of up to 250 kb. IDT is the only company that provides a capture solution for focused targeting of regions within this size range.
These probes are currently in development; however, early research has shown greater on-target capture, deeper coverage, and reduced GC bias. Furthermore, flexibility in probe size (60–120 bases) lets advanced researchers avoid repeat regions and improve capture specificity.
