Can an order be modified or cancelled once it has been placed?

The ability to modify an order depends on the type of change you want to make. Any requests made before synthesis has begun can usually be accommodated. However, if synthesis has started, we will need to review your order to determine if the changes can be made. Contact Customer Care at custcare@idtdna.com or by phone (US and Canada only) at 1-800-328-2661 as soon as possible after you notice an error in your order to determine if changes can be made.
