If I order by fax or email, how do I get my traces?

You can access your traces online. To do this, you will need to set up an online account by going to our ordering page and choosing 'set up new account'. It is a quick and easy process which involves providing your name and contact information. Once this has been set up, call us at 800-328-2661 or email us at custcare@idtdna.com and we will link your ordering history to this online account.
