What modifications are recommended for a molecular beacon to be used in in vivo experiments?

Molecular Beacons can be used in vivo. For direct in vivo imaging a beacon containing 2'O-Methyl and phosphorothioate bonds would be the best choice to reduce chances of degradation.

For this type of non-catalog beacon we would need to have it reviewed by our non-catalog commitee for a price quote. Please contact Techincal Support for more information.
