Would it be possible to change the name on a web account?

For confidentiality reasons we cannot change the name on the account.  This policy has been made to improve the customer's ability to track their orders, view the online QC data for their oligos, and to allow for more confidential entry of sequences.

We encourage each IDT end user to set up their personal web account for ordering purposes. In order to set up your own web account, please visit our website at www.idtdna.com, click on 'Ordering' and then 'Set Up a New Account'. Once you have provided all the required information and created your personalized login and password you will be able to place your first order.
