Is there any way to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed?

It will depend on the type of change you want to make. If you call in before we begin synthesis, we can typically make any changes requested. If the oligo has started synthesis, we will review your order to determine if the changes can be made for you. If you notice you have made an error during the ordering process, please contact Customer Care at 1-800-328-2661 or custcare@idtdna.com as soon as possible to determine if any changes can be made to your order.

    I just realise that I have made a couple of mistakes during the design of the oligos I have already submitted in the order on Friday (4/4/2014). If you haven't started synthesis, could yo please cancel this order for me? I will submit a new order once I have corrected the mistakes. Many thanks,
