Do you send email notices when my oligos are shipped?

IDT will email you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped.  This confirmation will include the tracking number of the package which will allow you to easily check the status of your shipment.  These confirmations are typically sent to the same email address as your IDT order confirmations, but you can request alternative email addresses by contacting Customer Care.  Please contact Customer Care at 1-800-328-2661 or custcare@idtdna.com with any questions!
