How do I know when my order has shipped?

IDT will email you a confirmation when your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation will include the tracking number of the package, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment. This shipping confirmation email is usually sent to the same email address at which you receive order confirmations. However, you can request that shipping confirmations be sent to an alternative email address by contacting Customer Care by email at custcare@idtdna.com or phone (US and Canada only) at 1-800-328-2661.
