Are your Dicer-substrate siRNAs (DsiRNAs) provided ready to use, and do I need to order a transfection reagent separately?

DsiRNAs, which are supplied duplexed and dried, require only resuspension before use (see Resuspension of duplexed oligonucleotides). We do not sell transfection reagents but recommend using a transfection reagent to aid in DsiRNA delivery across the cell membrane.

Our scientists have had success with Lipofectamine® RNAiMax (Thermo Fisher Scientific), Oligofectamine™ (Thermo Fisher Scientific), siLentFect™ (Bio-Rad), TransIT-TKO® (Mirus Bio), and other cationic-lipid transfection products. The choice of transfection reagent depends on the cells being used.
