How do I change my shipping address?

You can adjust the shipping address by clicking your name at the top of the page (after you have signed in) and selecting Edit address information. Edit the address if you have moved within your organization, or add an additional address if you will be shipping to multiple locations within your organization.

Note: If you are processing a collaboration, go to to get in touch. If you have moved organizations, you will need to create a new web account by logging out of your current account, then selecting Sign in and Register.
