What channel do I use to read the Yakima Yellow® dye for the alternate allele?

Yakima Yellow dye is used as the reporter dye for the alternate allele in all rhAmp® SNP Assays. Yakima Yellow dye is read in the same channel as VIC® or Hex™ dyes. No additional calibration is required.
