What is PACE SNP genotyping?

The PACE™ (PCR Allele Competitive Extension) SNP genotyping system (3CR Bioscience) makes use of a universal PCR master mix (PACE Genotyping Master Mix) with allele-specific forward primers and a common reverse primer.

The PACE reaction is specific and produces a fluorescent signal that is easy to detect on fluorescent plate readers and real time PCR systems. Learn more at www.idtdna.com/pages/technology/genotyping/pcr-allele-competitive-extension-genotyping.
