Using 100 ng of library input is supported with the xGen™ Hybridization and Wash v3 Kit workflow and has been shown to produce comparable targeting performance under many conditions. However, some differences may be observed such as coverage depth, yield, and library complexity. Effects may be more noticeable with short hybridization times or highly multiplexed samples.
