What is the length of the TEG spacer in your Biotin-TEG modification, and do you offer a longer spacer arm than TEG?
Unlike the commonly employed carbon spacer arm in many modifications, the Biotin-TEG uses a 15 atom tetraethylene glycol spacer arm, hence the name TEG. If you need a longer spacer arm, you can order a 5' or 3' biotinylated oligo with up to three Spacer 18 (18 atom hexaethylene glycol spacer) modifications between the biotin modification and the oligo sequence.
