Can IDT make a DNA oligo with a mixture of phosphodiester and phosphorothioate bonds?

Phosphorothioate bonds can be incorporated throughout an oligo by placing an asterisk (*) between the two bases where you would like such modified bonds to appear.  As an example, your sequence may look something like this: A*C*T*GCATCAGCCTGCC*A*T*C. Such oligos must be ordered at  100 nmol scale or higher. Phosphorothioate bonds introduced between the last nucleotides at the 5'- or 3'-end of the oligo inhibit exonuclease degradation.
