Customer orders are retained online for 4 years. To retrieve this information, log in to your web account using your login name and password. To display orders up to one year old, go to the “Order” tab and click the “Order History” button. To view older orders, click on the magnifying glass icon on the “Order History” page and modify the search criteria. You can download spec sheets, invoices, and QC information from the Order History page. To request a copy of your entire order history, or if you would like to have an Excel file with this information compiled in one document, contact our Customer Care Department at firstname.lastname@example.org
