PrimeTimeTM Multiplex Dye Selection Tool

Multiplexing 2-6 qPCR targets in a single reaction results in more data per sample.

This tool helps you select dye combinations that are compatible with your qPCR instrument. To aid dye selection, the peak emission wavelength is provided in parentheses after the dye name. Dyes in the dropdown lists are presented in order of emission wavelength.

Please note that the dye recommendations provided by this tool should be verified by your instrument’s manufacturer, including channels that may be required for reference dye.

Recommended dyes have been calibrated by the manufacturer to work on the selected instrument and are available from IDT. 		Alternatives:
Alternative dyes have excitation and emission wavelengths that are compatible with the instrument and are available from IDT. However, they may require calibration on the instrument before use.
