How can I verify that IDT received my order?

An email order confirmation is sent to the email address on the account shortly after an order is received and processed. If you do not receive this email, please contact Customer Care at custcare@idtdna.com or call 1-800-328-2661 (US and Canada only). If you placed the order online, you will find a sales order number in your Order History after the order has been processed.
