The PrimeTime™ Influenza Kit is a research solution designed to amplify commonly circulating influenza strains. Included in this kit is:
- A pre-mixed, 4-plex primer/probe set designed to amplify:
- Influenza A—FAM
- Influenza A (H5N1)—Texas Red™
- Influenza B—SUN™
- RNase P—CY®5
- A synthetic gene positive control.
- PrimeTime™ One-Step 4X Broad-Range Master Mix designed for use in probe-based, real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR).
- An optional enhancer solution used as an additive to allow for the amplification of RNA from crude or unextracted samples.
