Participants acknowledges that IDT may be required to report payments to Participants under applicable laws or regulatory frameworks requiring disclosure of payments to certain health care and state-affiliated entities, such as France’s “Sunshine Act” (Loi No. 2011-2012) and Italy’s “Sunshine Act” (Legge n. 62/2022), and similar local laws (collectively “Transparency Laws”). Participant shall cooperate with IDT in providing any necessary information required for IDT to comply with such Transparency Laws, such as provider or tax identification numbers or other information that IDT may be required to report in compliance with Transparency Laws. Participant consents to IDT’s collection, use, and disclosure of such information in compliance with the applicable Transparency Laws.
